These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the websites and services provided by Fire-Works, a service of Colonna Media ("we," "us," "our"), based in Pennsylvania, USA. By submitting a project, making a payment, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
We design, build, host, and maintain websites and related digital services. Specific deliverables, pricing, and timelines are described on our site and confirmed when you submit a project or approve a quote.
For most projects, we create a preview of your website before any build payment is due. Work on the full build begins after you approve the preview and your invoice is paid.
One-time build fees are invoiced through our payment processor and are due as stated on your invoice. Monthly services — such as hosting, SiteCare, and SEO — are billed on a recurring basis until cancelled. Prices are listed on our site and may change with notice.
Hosting, SiteCare, and other recurring plans renew automatically each billing cycle. You may cancel a monthly service at any time by contacting us; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. If hosting is cancelled, your site may be taken offline.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, websites we build are hosted and maintained under our infrastructure. If you would like full ownership transferred to your own accounts, contact us — a transfer process and fee applies. You retain ownership of the content, logos, and images you provide to us.
You are responsible for providing accurate information and any content (text, images, logos) needed to complete your project, and for ensuring you have the rights to use that content. Delays in providing materials may affect timelines.
Some features rely on third-party platforms (for example, booking tools, payment processors, ad networks, or review widgets). Their availability, performance, and fees are governed by those providers, and we are not responsible for their services.
Where we set up advertising campaigns, our fee covers setup and management work only. Ad spend paid to platforms such as Google or Meta is separate and paid by you. We do not guarantee specific results, rankings, traffic, or return on ad spend.
Because our work is custom, one-time fees are generally non-refundable once work has begun. If you have a concern about your project, contact us and we'll work to make it right.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fire-Works and Colonna Media are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question.
We may suspend or end services for non-payment or violation of these Terms. You may stop using our services at any time, subject to the cancellation terms above.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
